We are excited to celebrate our one-year anniversary. It has been over one year since Sasha decided to embark on this new adventure full of mediations and workplace investigations.

Mediation Maven grew each quarter (applause!) and we are hoping for more growth this year. Thank you to everyone who gave Mediation Maven a try!
Sasha worked on workplace investigations in Houston, and remotely throughout Texas and other states. We travel! Sasha’s clients were pleased with her investigations and reports, and many commented that they would use her again.
Mediation Maven resolved over 60% of mediations (over 75% of labor & employment mediations were resolved) either on Mediation Day or shortly thereafter with several repeat clients.
