I am a trained neutral with 20+ years of employment law experience. As both a mediator and a workplace investigator, I am an impartial fact-finder. I am highly effective at establishing rapport with witnesses, assessing credibility, and delivering objective analysis on my investigation results.
I have experience conducting a variety of investigations, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination (race, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation), workplace violence, retaliation, theft/kickback schemes, improper wage and hour practices, and more!
